Vipul prajapati

Vipul Prajapati (b. Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India) is a contemporary artist whose practice explores material experimentation and the realities of labor and industrial landscapes. A graduate of Sheth C. N. College of Fine Arts, Ahmedabad, his work often draws inspiration from shipyards and maritime life. Prajapati is the recipient of several prestigious recognitions, including the National Lalit Kala Akademi Award (2016), the Pollock-Krasner Foundation Grant, and the Arte Laguna Prize, Venice (2021).
