Shipping and Delivery
The products will be delivered/shipped to the Buyer once all necessary documentation, relating to transportation, tax, etc. as may be reasonably requested for by 079 Stories are completed.
In the event that the Buyer chooses to himself collect the products from 079 Stories s/he must do so within two weeks of 079 Stories receiving the payment. In the event that the products are not so collected within a period of two weeks, storage and insurance costs will be applicable on the purchase and will be determined at the complete discretion of 079 Stories.

Return, Refund, Exchange & Cancellation Policy
We offer a complete guarantee to all our customers regarding return or refund of purchase made. Our return & refund policies are very customer friendly.
Please read product details carefully before confirming the order.
When Item you have received is Wrong Item / Damaged Product/ Incorrect Size/Incomplete Product:
If your goods are damaged or one of any above condition, we would be happy to give you the following alternatives:
- Replacement with the right product OR
- Exchange the product for an alternative of your choice of equal value OR
- Refund of the full amount paid by you.
In any of the above cases, contact must be made within 48 hours of receipt of the products by email email@example.com notifying us of any damage to the product with pictures of the product received. We will schedule return pick up for the product. Upon return, the returned product will undergo a quality check to ensure the quality problem is found to be our responsibility rather than misuse or abuse of the product outside of our control. Once the returned product passes the quality check to ensure it is unused and in its original packaging stage, an exchange/refund will be processed.
In case of incomplete product / items missing in the package, the missing parts will be sent after verification from our end.
For any other Reason:
We ensure only the best quality reaches to our customers as each product goes through a well-defined quality check process. However, these being art products, please note that there may be slight variation in looks and finish and colour shown on website.
However, if you are still not satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 7 days of delivery in an ‘as is’ condition. In such a case, 079 Stories will refund the payment to the buyer and cancel the order. However, the unsatisfactory condition will only be covered for damaged or spoilt condition, and NOT because the buyer did not like the product, s/he has purchased.
Please mail us with the details within this 7 day period. We will schedule a return pick up for the product. Upon return, the product will undergo a quality check to ensure there is no misuse or abuse of the product outside of our control. Once the returned product passes the quality check to ensure it is unused and in its original packaging stage, an exchange/refund will be dispatched. For this 15% of the order value will be deducted in case of refund as return shipping of the product.
For any refund for prepaid orders, we reverse the transaction you made and for COD orders you will have to share the account details so that refunds can be processed. Applicable COD charges are non-refundable and only product charges are refunded. Refund can take up to 5-7 working days to reflect in your account depending on your bank. Please ensure that the products are not used, altered, washed, soiled or damaged in any way. Return all original tags and accessories. Branded packaging should be returned in its original condition.
Orders can be cancelled any time before they are dispatched without any extra costs. To cancel the order, please call us at our customer care number / mail us at support@079Stories.com. But once dispatched, we will be unable to cancel the order.
Please note that you should make payments ONLY to details mentioned on the Website Payment Options. We will never send an email or phone you with payment details. Please be aware of fraudulent emails / phone calls. Once an order is placed and confirmed by us; the buyer is required to make payment for the price of the product and other additional charges (shipping / handling / taxes) within 7 working days from the date of confirmation of the order. In the event that we do not receive payment within 7 working days we reserve the right to cancel the order without prior notice to the buyer.
You agree to abide by all provisions prescribed in the order forms submitted by you for the purchase of any products from the Websites. In particular, you warrant that all information that you submit will be true and accurate (including without limitation your credit card number and expiration date), and you agree to pay all charges plus all applicable taxes for the purchases made by you.
