Brinda studied at sir J.J. school of arts,mumbai and parsons school of design , new york.she lives and work in mumbai and is married to an architect, Alfaz miller.brinda has been a part of several group shows all over india and abroad, and has participated in several workshops and art camps. 

She has been a festival curator of the Kala Ghoda Art Festival 2007 & 2008 and also an executive committee member ,kala ghoda association since 2000. She has been instrumental in the beautification of the kala ghoda art district.brinda not only created murals for the art district of mumbai, she has also been responsiable in bringing art to the city,ie the khybar art wall mural; naval dockyard, mumbai; she restored and beautified 5 traffic police chowkies.
