Refund policy

079 STORIES Art Gallery maintains a strict policy regarding returns and refunds for all purchases made through www.079stories.com.

  1. All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the artwork is damaged during transit.
  2. In the event that a product is received in a damaged condition, the buyer must notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence of the damage.
  3. The buyer must retain all original packaging materials, including the outer box and internal protective layers, as these may be required for verification and insurance purposes.
  4. Any visible damage must be noted on the courier Air Way Bill and the delivery sheet at the time of receipt. Failure to do so may affect the eligibility for a refund claim.
  5. Once the claim is reviewed and approved by our team, we may offer a refund or replacement at our sole discretion.
  6. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed through the original mode of payment within a reasonable timeframe.
  7. We are not responsible for damages reported after the stipulated notification period or for issues arising due to improper handling by the buyer after delivery.
  8. For international orders, any customs duties, taxes, or import charges are non-refundable.
  9. We reserve the right to refuse any return or refund request that does not comply with the above conditions.
