079 STORIES Art Gallery maintains a strict policy regarding returns and refunds for all purchases made through www.079stories.com.
- All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the artwork is damaged during transit.
- In the event that a product is received in a damaged condition, the buyer must notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence of the damage.
- The buyer must retain all original packaging materials, including the outer box and internal protective layers, as these may be required for verification and insurance purposes.
- Any visible damage must be noted on the courier Air Way Bill and the delivery sheet at the time of receipt. Failure to do so may affect the eligibility for a refund claim.
- Once the claim is reviewed and approved by our team, we may offer a refund or replacement at our sole discretion.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed through the original mode of payment within a reasonable timeframe.
- We are not responsible for damages reported after the stipulated notification period or for issues arising due to improper handling by the buyer after delivery.
- For international orders, any customs duties, taxes, or import charges are non-refundable.
- We reserve the right to refuse any return or refund request that does not comply with the above conditions.
