079 STORIES Art Gallery outlines the following terms for shipping, delivery, and returns for all purchases made through www.079stories.com.

  1. Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. In case of multiple orders for the same artwork, the first confirmed and paid order will be honored.
  2. We accept payments via credit/debit cards (Indian and international), UPI, bank transfer, and approved payment gateways. For international wire transfers, please contact us directly.
  3. Artworks are carefully packed using protective materials to ensure safe delivery. Delivery timelines typically range from 2–3 weeks depending on location. We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
  4. Prices listed on the website do not include packing, forwarding, insurance, or shipping charges. Shipping costs vary depending on destination and will be communicated at checkout or prior to dispatch.
  5. Artworks are generally shipped unframed in rolled form. Paper works are mounted on acid-free mounts, wrapped securely, and shipped flat where applicable.
  6. For international shipments, additional duties, taxes, and import levies may apply. These charges must be borne by the buyer.
  7. All sales are final. Returns are only accepted if the artwork is damaged during transit. In case of damage, customers must notify us immediately with proof and retain all packaging materials.
  8. Customers must note any visible damage on the courier Air Way Bill and delivery sheet at the time of receipt. Claims will be processed individually after review.
  9. All artworks displayed on this website are copyrighted works of respective artists. Reproduction without permission is strictly prohibited.
  10. We reserve the right to accept or reject orders and modify policies at any time without prior notice.
  11. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
